eAgenda - Customer contact manager

An easy-to-use Customer Contact Manager application that keeps a shared repository of customer-related data, includes activity tracking and document attachment.

Efficient tracking of activities and information related to communication and cooperation with clients can be challenging to small and medium sized companies. Applications designed for this task are oftenly too complicated for ordinary users, a statement that is supported by the fact that many smaller companies, although equipped with computers, still use paper, post-it notes etc. to manage business contacts. Besides, these applications are too big or to expensive for small firms.

That is why eAgenda provides the simplest and most easily used form of contact management, involving customer-related activity tracking, with an option to attach documents at every step.

  • Recording client-related activities: meetings, messages, contacts... Activity types are editable by the administrator.
  • Documents attached to clients or activities: contracts, price lists, etc. Document categories are editable by the administrator.

  • All of the data is shared between users over the local network
