Exhibition Manager (ExMan)

Support for organizing exhibitions, events tracking and tools for exhibition success analysis. Application for all categories of users involved with the exhibition in any way.

Basic purpose of the application is to allow organizers to plan and organize exhibitions, create required documenation give various types of services to all categories of participants as well as to communicate with them. The application follows the entire life-cycle of the exhibition, which extends far beyond its schedule and involves planing, organizing and setting up the exhibition, but also the analysis required to evaluate the exhibition's success and to make the next one even better.

Besides the organizers, this application is intended for a wide range of users, actually all categoies of participants which are involved with the exhibition in any way:

exhibitors make reservations for the space and equipment they require
teachers sign-up their lectures and request the equipment
visitors sign-up for lectures and are provided with the information that is of interest to them
journalists sign-up for attandance and get information about all events

Also, this system allows maintenance of web site for every single exhibition, making it possible to inform the public about each event before, during and after the exhibition.
