Part of the Slovenian e-government system. Supports the existing windows application used in land tax collection. Provides information exchange between government institutions as well as on-site data gathering.

The main purpose for this application is to produce up-to-date information required for land tax calculation, thus providing for a more efficient tax collection. It represents a complex and integrated system comprised of several applications:

web application for government institutions and tax payers
application for on-site data gathering
Import/Export studio supporting data exchange between government institutions. The data can be in XML or TXT format.
web application for exchanging data files

The whole system is integrated with the tax decision windows application.

The system provides tax payers with information needed pertaining to property tax, and gives the government institutions an overview of tax payers and property as well as change of ownership. Both user types have access to graphical lot display that can be adapted to various user categories.

An additional feature is the possibility of system-wide tracking all user actions as well as a complete history of data modifications in the system.
