HelpDesk

HelpDesk is a web-based, hybrid project management/bug tracking/CRM application. It allows customers access to the bug-request tracking tool similar to the one found in Actions/Requests, but with enhanced interface and functionality. In fact, the whole system is the next generation of said application, but most of the enhancements were made in the "internal" part of the application, i.e. the one used by company employees that service the requests.

The company employees have a complex project-management system at their disposal. The system offers a rich activity model that enables multiple workorder assignments, recording of every step in problem solution, grouping everything by projects, related products or customers etc. These are enhanced by a messaging system which is seamlessly integrated into data structure.

The Knowledge Base and Forum are also present, as well as a host of supporting technologies including schedulable and triggerable user-defined rules, saved searches, treeview lists, browse dialogs etc. The system supports mail notifications, attached documents (to almost every record type), datatype-independent classification etc.
